Present Complainant in person and AR on behalf of OP and filed compromise dated 09.03.2019 which has been attested by this Forum. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, OPhas paid the deposited fee i.e. Rs.35,100/- alongwith Rs.2,000/- towards cost of litigation as against full & final settlement by means of cheques no. 881825 dated 05.03.2019 of Rs.35,100/- and cheque no. 724441 of Rs.2,000/-. Photocopies of cheques are placed on record. The complainant stated that no other grievance is left and case be disposed of as settled.

In view of above, the case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
