File is taken up in the National Lok Adalat. Matter was compromised. Sh. A.S. Sandhu Counsel for opposite parties No. 2 & 3 has made a statement to the effect that the company/service centre is ready to replace the mobile set within one month. On the other hand, Ld. Counsel for complainant also made a statement to the effect that He agrees with the statement of Ld. Counsel for opposite parties No. 2 & 3 and ready to hand over the accessory. However, the litigation costs to the tune of Rs. 1,000/- may be awarded.

In view of the statements of the parties, the Company/service centre is directed to replace the mobile set of the complainant within one month at the same time the complainant is directed to hand over the accessory to the service centre. The company/service centre is also directed to pay the costs to tune of Rs. 1,000/- to the complainant. Accordingly, the present complaint stands disposed of. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records.
