Both the parties have come to a settlement and placed the consent terms duly signed by the Complainant and the OP Mr. Abhay Massurkar partner of OP.

Asper consent terms ,OP also hands over cheque bearing No. 002280 dated 30/08/2013 drawn on Central Bank,Borda Branch for an amount of Rs. 1,25,000/- only to the Complainant as per clsusel a)of the consent terms.
