Present: Sh. G.S.Reen, Advocate, counsel for DH.

             

                        Counsel for the DH made a statement that this Forum’s order dated 07.04.2014 has been fully complied with and as such he withdraws the present execution petition being fully satisfied, which may be filed.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by counsel for the DH, the present execution petition stands disposed off being fully satisfied. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
