ORDER

           Complainant is present. Record is fixed for admission point.

             We perused the record, complainant Upendra Prasad has filed this case against M/s Ambiance City Developer Pvt. Ltd. for a claim of consideration amount of Rs. 19,41,000/- and interest Rs. 4,28,027/-  of the housing loan and further Rs. 3,00,000/- for the mental harassment, damage and litigation cost in total Rs. 26,69,027/- The valuation for pecuniary jurisdiction of this Forum, which is beyond of pecuniary jurisdiction of Rs. 20,000/- of this Forum, therefore, it cannot be maintainable at this Forum, accordingly complainant is directed to filed this case before Hon’ble State Commission for the reason mentioned above, accordingly, this case is dismissed as not maintainable for want of pecuniary jurisdiction.
