The opposite party No.2 is dealer to the opposite party No.3 and the opposite party No.1 is the branch office of OP.2. The opposite party No.3 is the producer and marketing seeds in the name and style of Syngenta India Limited. st The complainants have taken all kinds of precaution and provided required fertilizers, pesticides etc. he soil is heavy block and Sunflower is commonly grown in this region, the growth of plants is very good and all precautions also taken.

OP. 3 supplied seeds to APSSDC Ltd,under subsidy scheme after having entered into agreement with APSSDC Ltd. The Sunflower crop is a dry crop which is grown in rain-fed condition in Mahabubnagar District. villageBairampur The complainant’s land is not suitable for the crop of Sunflower and before sowing the land was not tested and the complainant sowed the seed after a lapse of 300 days whereas the seed was not supposed to be used after the specific month of sowing seed and the OPs.1 and 2 have sold more than 5.00 lakh quintals of seds from the Alampur town seed counter in Mahabubnagar District, but there are no complaints except from the village of Bairampur.
4. sensitive to water stress at crop critical stages i.e., flowering and grain filling stages especially from 60 days to 95 days after sowing and that st stst establish that they sowed the same in the lands.
