ORDER

Vakalatnama on behalf of OP No.1 has been filed. With the efforts of the Lok Adalat the parties have amicably settled the matter. As per settlement OP No.1 is ready to refund
Rs.18,791/- the value of the  product  within 15 days to the complainant subject to return of the product by the complainant alongwith cancel cheque.  The offer of the OP No.1 has been accepted by the counsel for the complainant and she wants to withdraw the complaint.  Both the parties have appended their respective note in this regard on the complaint itself.

                        In view of the above, it is ordered that the OP NO.1 shall pay a sum of Rs.18,791/- to the complainant within 15 days from today failing which the OP No.1 shall pay the same amount alongwith interest @18% p.a. from the date of this order till the payment is made.  After receipt of amount the complainant shall return the product in question to OP No.1 alongwith a cancel cheque. Accordingly the complaint stands disposed off.

                        Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
