The advocate for complainant files memo to withdraw the complaint and to present it before District Commission as the consideration amount paid for purchase of the property is less than Rs.50.00 lakhs.  Hence, prays to return the complaint.

          In view of the memo, the complaint is returned to the complainant and liberty is provided to the complainant to file it before the District Commission.

          The court fee paid before this Commission is sufficient to entertain the complaint.
