13.7.2020 Present: Counsel for complainant.

Sh. D.R. Jindal Advocate has filed power of attorney on behalf of opposite party. Sh. Ashu Garg Proprietor of opposite party appeared in person. Statement of Ashu Garg son of Sh. Ramesh Kumar resident of Barnala Proprietor of A K Battery House Barnala recorded to the effect that he is ready to replace the all defective Batteries of E. Rickshaw of the complainant on behalf of Atlas Battery within a week from the date of receiving the old Batteries. On the other hand, statement of Sh. Swaran Singh complainant also recorded to the effect that he agree with the above said statement of opposite party and he will hand over the all defective batteries to the opposite party today. He withdraw the present complaint. 

In view of the statements of the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties are bound by their statements. The opposite party is directed to give new warranty/gurantee on replacing the batteries. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records after its due compliance.
