Sunil Kumar vs. A.One T.V.Centre etc.

CC No. 242 of 2016.

 

Present: Sh. Vikas Aggarwal, Advocate, counsel for complainant.

              Sh. Kamal Singh Rawat, Service Incharge Onida on behalf of OP No.3.

              None for OPs No.1 & 2.

 

                        Sh.Kamal Singh Rawat, Service Incharge appeared on behalf of OP No.3 and made a statement that compromise has been effected with the complainant and in case any problem arises in the Air Conditioner within a period of 1 year, then they will remove the same free of cost. 

                        On the other hand, counsel for the complainant made a statement that he has heard and understood the statement made by OP No.3 and in view of the same he withdraws his complaint being fully satisfied.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by both the parties, the present complaint stands disposed off accordingly. Parties are bound by their statement made in the Forum. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
