          Vide his separate statement already made on 12.10.2022, complainant has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement he has received one refurbished Mobile Handset make Samsung J2 from Sh.Arvind Kumar, Owner of OP and he does not want to proceed further with this complaint and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied in the Upbhokta Lok Adalat. In view of the statement of the complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. The award is accordingly passed

          Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
