Today is fixed for hearing the petition for amendment of petition  of complaint filed by the Complainant on 05/01/2024 which registered as M.A. case no. 07/2024.

Ld. Advocate for the Complainant is present. Ld. Advocate for the O.P No. 1-3 is present.

Petition for amendment of petition  of complaint filed by the Complainant on 05/01/2024 which registered as M.A. case no. 07/2024 is taken up for hearing. Heard both sides.

During hearing Ld. Advocate for the O.P No. 1-3 raised no objection.

On perusal of the aforesaid petition we find that proposed amendment will not change the nature and character of the original case.

Considering the entire matter prayer for amendment of petition of complaint filed by the Complainant is allowed.

To 05/07/2024 for filing amended form of petition of complaint, filing additional W/V, if any and further order.

M.A. case no. 07/2024 is thus disposed off.
