                                                The case of the Complainant in short is that She had purchased one Rooti Maker from the O.P through online by paying Rs. 2398/- but the said Rooti maker was damaged completely, for which she intimated the O.Ps through phone but the O.ps remained silent without taking any step .Then the Complainant reported the matter to the Consumer counseling center but the O.P failed to appear before the Counseling Center. So, this complaint lodged against the O.P to get back Rs. 2398/- from the O.P along with compensation of Rs. 5000/- towards mental agony and financial loss.

                                                The O.P was set exparte as he failed to appear in spite of getting registered notice. We have heard the Complainant and gone through the complaint petition and copies of documents filed by the Complainant in support of her case. It is seen that the O.P cheated the Complainant by supplying one damage Rooti maker through on line and failed to render proper service to the Complainant which amounts to deficiency in service on his part and unfair trade practice. The Complainant was suffering both mentally and financially due to negligence of the O.P. Hence, the Complaint filed by the Complainant is allowed exparte against the O.P.

                                                In the above circumstances the O.P is directed to refund Rs. 2398/- to the Complainant along with compensation of Rs. 3000/- towards financial loss and mental agony within 30 days from the date of receipt of this order. In case of failure the Complainant is entitled to get 9 % interest per annum on the entire awarded amount from the date of this order till the date of payment.

                                                The C.C is disposed off. Supply free copies of this order to both parties at an early date.
