  1. In the instant case the Complainant has sought for following reliefs against the Opposite party:-
  1. To direct the opposite party to pay compensation of Rs. 5,00,000/- for damage and mental tension.
  1. The facts of this case lies in a narrow compass which is as follows:-

The complainant has asserted that he has purchased a TATA Indigo CS LX version car bearing Chasis no. MAT – 607161 BWK26417, Engine No. 475IDT14KYYp54955 on 23.11.2011 after paying the full price of the car to opposite party as will appear from annexure – 1 series. The opposite party assured to give owner book but after repeated request he has not handed over the owner book to the complainant due to which the aforesaid car is not being used by the complainant. The complainant has sent legal notice to opposite party for handing over the owner book but the same has not been handed over due to which he is unable to ply the car.

It appears that on 09.05.2013 valid Tamila was declared but opposite party has not filed any written statement. It appears that complainant has not appeared in this case after 18.11.2013 hence it is presumed that complainant has no interest in this case due. It is presumed that as the complainant’s grievance might have been redressed by opposite party hence due to aforesaid reason we do not like to pass any direction in this case because we have no information regarding the present state of affairs.

For the reason stated above this case stands dismissed due to non – co- operation by the complainant.
