 Aggrieved by the order in C.C.54/08, on the file of District Forum,

         for which the complainant was the nominee. On 5.7.2006 the complainant’s son died in the motor vehicle accident and C.R.No.329/2006 was registered against the deceased by obtaining on a white paper the signature of B.Ramesh who travelled in the car at that time. The complainant submits that 

        and as per the Charge Sheet filed by the Police, the complainant’s son drove the car          

The learned counsel      

                           revealed          influence of alcohol, since it is always done several hours                 was under the influence of alcohol.
