THIRU. S. PANDIAN

 

 Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite party to pay a sum of Rs.125/- p.m. from each member  and also to treat the advances as refundable deposit, and to give reconnection without any reconnection charges and to pay a sum of Rs.13,000/- as damages and also to pay Rs.5,000/- as cost of the complaint.    

 

 

Heard, Perused the records and documents carefully.  It is seen from the records  that it ought not to have taken up hearing since the W.P. filed before the Hon’ble High Court, Chennai dismissed as infructuous  even on 12.8.2009 and records already received by this Forum.  In such circumstances there is no reason to proceed further with this matter.  Hence the further proceedings is closed.
