JUDGEMENT
Counsel for the complainant and Op No.2 have filed a Joint Memo reporting settlement of the complaint in terms of the same and to dispose the complaint accordingly.
In the Joint Memo, the second Op has agreed to pay total sum of Rs.5,77,000/- which is inclusive of principal amount of Rs.5,52,000/- and interest of Rs.25,000/- and that second Op has further agreed to pay that total sum in 6 equal monthly installments of Rs.96,166/- each and the first installment shall commence on 05/12/2010 and ends on 05/05/2011.The counsel for the complainant has agreed to the settlement terms and thereby concede for disposal of the complaint accordingly.With this, we pass the following order.
O R D E R
Complaint is allowed in terms of the joint memo filed.
Op No.2 is directed to pay total sum of Rs.5,77,000/- and he shall pay the same in 6 equal monthly installments of Rs.96,166/- each.The first installment shall be paid on 05/12/2010, second installment shall be paid on 05/01/2011, third installment shall be on 05/02/2011 and 4th installment shall be on 05/03/2011 then 5th and 6th installment shall be on 05/04/2011 and 05/05/2011 respectively.
Parties to bear their own cost.
