The complaint is partly allowed with following reliefs:

The Opposite Parties are jointly and severally directed to execute sale deed by conveying Plot no. 18 totally admeasuring 945 sq. mtrs of the property surveyed under Chalta No. 63 of P. T. Sheet No. 99 of City Survey, Panjim situated at Miramar – Panjim together with the building in favour of complainant society and OPs to do all that is necessary to make the said sale deed valid and legal in the eyes of law.
The Opposite Parties are jointly and severally directed to pay Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to the Complainant Society towards mental stress and agony which the members of Complainants had to undergo due to the delay caused by the Opposite Parties in execution of the sale deed.
The Opposite Parties are jointly and severally directed to pay Rs. 10,000/- to Complainant Society towards the cost of the present litigation.
In case the said amount of Rs. 50,000- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to be paid to the Complainant, is not paid after the Appeal period, the same will carry interest @ 12% p.a. till final payment.
