Ld. Advocate for the Appellant is present.  The Misc. Application bearing No. 177/2019 is taken up for hearing.  By this application the Appellant has prayed for an order allowing withdrawal of the statutory deposit made at the time of filing the Appeal.  It appears from the judgment dated 18.3.2011 passed in FA/416/2010 that the Appeal was allowed, the impugned order was set aside and the Complaint was dismissed.  Under the circumstances, we allow the Misc. Application.  The Appellant is at liberty to withdraw the statutory deposit made at the time of filing the Appeal.  The Misc. Application is thus disposed of.
