None appears for either of the parties.

Today is fixed for hearing of appeal.

This appeal has been preferred against the judgement dated 18.08.2022 passed by the District Consumer Redressal Forum, Kolkata Unit II allowing the CC/365/2019 on contest.

Perused the impugned judgment along with the materials on record including written version etc.

We do not find any illegality in the impugned judgement. So, there is no scope of interfering with it.

Accordingly FA/310/2022 is dismissed. The impugned order is upheld.

There shall be no order as to the costs.

Order of   Stay, if there is any, in connection with the appeal,  stands vacated.

Let a copy of this judgement be sent to the  D.C.R.F.,  Kolkata Unit- ii and   Joint Registrar of this Commission for doing the needful.
