The applicant has failed to show cause, much less a sufficient cause in not filing the appeal in time after they receivedthe copy of the order on 29/04/13.

The approach is casual and not truthful.

Considering the facts of the case, in our view, this is a fit case to dismiss the application with cost of Rs. 10,000/- to be paid by the Applicant/O.P. No.1 .

A sum of Rs. 8000/- shall be paid to Respondent No.1/Complainant and Rs.2000/- to Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 for having unnecessarily dragged them to this Commission.
