          M/s BPTP Limited-opposite party No.3 (applicant) has filed the instant application seeking enlargement of time for appearance before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum (for short ‘District Forum’) Gurgaon. 

2.      By order dated March 18^th, 2015 passed by this Commission, applicant was directed to appear before the District Forum on April 07^th, 2015.

3.      Learned counsel for the applicant has urged that inadvertently, applicant could not be informed about the date for the appearance, that is, April 07^th, 2015, so, he be permitted to appear before the District Forum on September 17^th, 2015, the date fixed.  

4.      This being so, the application stands allowed.  Applicant is allowed to appear before the District Forum on September 17^th, 2015.

5.     Copy of this order be sent to the District Forum.
