The complainants have filed a petition supported by an affidavit through the Ld. Advocate stating that the O.Ps have already redressed the grievance by refunding the money to the bank account of the complainants and as such the complainants have no interest to proceed with the case against them further and prayed for deposal of the case for non-prosecution. The petition has been signed by both the complainants.
