          We heard Mr.V. Mannadiar, Advocate for the appellant.  He informs us that this matter has been settled and in execution proceeding, appellant has paid all the dues of the respondents and appeal is rendered infructuous.  Moreover, he submits that one of the respondents has passed away one week back.

For all these grounds, he wants the appeal to be dismissed.  Hence, we pass the following order :-

                   -: ORDER :-

1.       Appeal stands dismissed.

2.       No order as to costs.

3.       Copies of the order be furnished to the parties.
