Counsel for the appellant under instructions states that he wants to withdraw the present appeal as the appellant has decided to comply with the order of the State Commission. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal as withdrawn. Part amount has already been deposited pursuant to the order of the State Commission. In the circumstances, we direct that the deposited amount be disbursed to the respondent no.1 Mrs. Najma Sultana and the balance amount as per the order of the State Commission be remitted to the said respondent. The appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
