O R D E R 

NAWAB SINGH J, (ORAL)

 

          First Appeal No.807 of 2016 was decided by this Commission on 03^rd October, 2016. The appeal was dismissed. It was ordered that the statutory amount of Rs.4500/- deposited at the time of filing the appeal be refunded to the complainant.

2.      By filing the present miscellaneous application No.04 of 2017, M/s MRF Tyre Private Limited-opposite party No.2 has prayed that since the amount awarded by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Rohtak has been paid to Mrs. Mannu-complainant, so, the statutory amount of Rs.4500/- be refunded to the applicant. In support thereof, receipt (Photocopy Annexure-I) issued by Sh. Jasvir Kundu, Advocate, who happens to be husband of the complainant has placed on record.

3.      In view of this, the order dated 03^rd October, 2016 is modified to the extent that the amount of Rs.4500/- be refunded to the applicant instead of the complainant against proper receipt and identification in accordance with rules.

4.      Disposed of.
