Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant states that as a sequel to the order dated 19-11-2007 dismissing the Special Leave Petition of the appellant against the orders dated 2^nd May, 2006 and 8^th September, 2006 of this Commission, the appellant has made full payment of the awarded amount along with interest @ 18% p.a. to the complainant by demand draft no. 017079 dated 12-12-2007 for Rs.6,73,987.94.

       In view of this, he now requests permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,35,000/- deposited with this Commission by demand draft no. 013517 dated 7-06-1999 drawn upon HDFC Bank.

       The registry is directed to release the deposited amount with accrued interest, if any, within two weeks.  With this, the Miscellaneous Application is disposed of.
