Heard Mr. D. Sahu, learned counsel, appearing for the applicant.

           By filing this application, the applicant has submitted that notice issued to the respondent has been returned undelivered without service as the respondent is not staying at the address given the complaint petition. The applicant/appellant has furnished the present residential address of the respondent and prayed that he may be allowed to issue notice to the respondent in the new address accordingly.

           Prayer is allowed.

           Steps within seven days by registered post with A/D.

           Registry is directed to record the new address of the respondent in the Misc Application as well as in the First Appeal.

           M.A. 76/2019 is disposed of accordingly.
