Revision Petitioner is present through Ld. Advocate.  A/D Card in respect of O.P. No. 1 has been received showing completion of service.  Mr. Sambu Sikdar, the Ld. Advocate files Vokalatnama on behalf of O.P. No. 1.  The Ld. Advocate for the O.P. No. 1 submits that the original Case No. 65/2012 has been disposed of by the Ld. District Forum, South 24 Pgs. and under such circumstances the revisional application is not maintainable.  The Ld. Advocate for the Revision Petitioner also admits that original case has been disposed of by the Ld. District Forum.  The Ld. Advocate for the O.P. No. 1 also shows one Xerox copy of the final order passed by the Ld. District Forum in CC/65/2012 wherein an order has been passed directing the O.P. No. 1 to refund the sum of Rs.3,00,000/- with interest @ 9% per annum from the date of last payment till the date of judgement.  Under such circumstances we are of considered view the instant revisional application has become infructuous and the same is disposed of accordingly.
