01. This is an application filed by the opposite parties 1 and 2 Under Section 15 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to set aside the impugned order dated 06.02.2017 in CC No. 454 of 2015 on the file of the District Forum II, Hyderabad.
02. Respondent is present in person. A perusal of the proceedings sheet shows that there has been no representation whatsoever for the appellants on previous several dates of hearing. Even though the matter was posted as last chance, today also there is no representation for the appellants. Hence the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
