ORDER

An affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Appellant ll India Institute of Medical Sciences to the effect, inter alia, that a cheque dated 9.12.2010 for Rs.15,100/- was issued in favour of the respondent towards interest @ 12% on account of delay of 11 months in paying Rs.1,00,000/- and of one month in paying of Rs.4,10,000/- respectively to the respondent . The affidavit also includes a calculation sheet. Mr. Archit Upadhayay on behalf of the respondent states that the cheque for Rs.15,100/- has been received by the respondent (Mrs. Ayesha Begum). - 2- In view of this, the directions in the preceding orders are deemed to have been complied with. With this, the Miscellaneous Application No.938 of 2010 stands disposed of.
