In course of hearing ld. Advocate for the complainant not pressed the complaint petition when this District Commission pointed out the agreement for sale has been executed in the name of two persons but this case has been filed by single person and remaining person of that agreement for sale has not been incorporated as a party in this case.

As this complaint petition is not pressed this case is not admitted.

As a result of which this complaint case is dismissed.

However, liberty is given to the complainant for filing this case afresh on the self same cause of action after curing the defects.
