ORDER

 

 

On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that appearance has not been entered by the complainant after 07/02/2020. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today.In the interest of justice, Court Notice was issued to Complainant vide order dated on 01/09/2022 despite court notice complainant has not appeared in this matter.  Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution. File be consigned to record room.
