Per Shri S.R. Khanzode, Hon’ble Presiding Judicial Member

 

Mr.A.V. Patwardhan, Advocate for the appellant submitted that this appeal is directed against the order dated 31/08/2010 directing to issue Non-Bailable Warrant against the appellants.  He further submits that he wants to convert this particular appeal into the Revision and would like to make an appropriate application accordingly.  Accordingly, he filed pursis.  Leave is granted to treat this appeal as Revision.  The Registry is directed to take note and make changes accordingly. 

At this stage, Learned Counsel appearing for the appellant/revisionist submitted that he wants to withdraw this Revision.  Leave is granted and hence, the order :-

          -: ORDER :-

1.       Revision Petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.

2.       No order as to costs.

3.       Copies of the order be furnished to the parties.
