Heard both sides.  There is 20 days delay  and hence application for condonation of delay.  There is sister appeal bearing No. A/11/413 filed by the original complainant who is the respondent in this appeal.  In view of such circumstances, non-applicant/respondent  submitted that delay may be condoned and it is appropriate case of delay condonation.  We also find, in the backdrop of such submitions, it just and proper to condone the delay. We accordingly hold t and pass following order :

Delay stands condoned.  No order as to costs.
