Oral order below Miscellaneous Application No.44 of 2015 seeking condonation of delay for filing in First Appeal No.77 of 2015

          Heard learned Adv. Smt. Kalpita Ghosh instructed by M/s. Intralegal on behalf of the Applicant/Appellant and learned Adv. Rahul S. Gandhi on behalf of the Non-Applicant/Respondent on the application for condonation of delay.

[2]     The Applicant/Appellant has filed an appeal to challenge the order dated 25/07/2014 passed by the learned District Forum Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Pune in Consumer Complaint No.172 of 2012.  Free copy of the order was received by the Applicant/Appellant on 13/08/2014.  After receipt of free copy, the appeal was filed on 12/09/2014. Delay in filing appeal does not appear to be intentional or deliberate.  Hence, the application for condonation of delay is hereby allowed.  Consequently, the delay in filing appeal stands condoned.

[3]     As per request and convenience of parties present before us, list this appeal for hearing on admission on 13/08/2015 before Circuit Bench at Pune.
