It is stated that no amicable settlement is possible between the parties.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

          In our view, it would adequately meet the ends of justice if we dispose of this revision petition with the observation that the impugned order so passed by the State Commission will not create any equity in favour of the complainant-respondent and the possession of the flat in question handed over to the complainant and any work of repair/renovation carried out therein by him, will be without prejudice to the pleas and contentions raised by the Builder in their defence and subject to the final outcome of the complaint.

          The revision petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
