[1]     This is an application for condonation of delay in filing (Revision Petition) RP, challenging the interim order passed by the District Commission, Kolhapur dtd. 26/07/2022.  It is contended that interim order was passed on 26/07/2022 which was received by the Applicant on 29/07/202 and thereafter papers were sent to the Head Office for sanction to file RP.  After receiving the sanction, the present RP was drafted and filed on 04/10/2022.  It is further contended that there is delay of 38 days.  It is contended that the said delay is not intentional.  It is also contended that the administration procedure caused the delay.

[2]     Notice of this application was served upon the Respondent but they remain absent though served.  Heard Advocate for the Applicant.  Perused the application and contents of the para (6) of the application, wherein the cause for delay has elaborately mentioned.  It appears that there is no intentional delay on the part of the Applicant, preferred RP.  The entire order is required to be considered on merit.  Hence, the delay in preferring Revision is hereby condoned.

[3]     Issue notice to Respondent.  Applicant to take steps for service of notice  to Respondent.  MA/22/315 is hereby disposed off.
