This Revision Petition has been filed by the Revision Petitioner / 1^st Opposite Party to set aside Order dt.22.01.2019 on the file of the D.C.D.R.C., Perambalur which was transferred from DCDRC, Chennai (South) vide C.C. No.401/2018 and coming up before us on 02.03.2023 and this Commission made the following Order in open court:

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the Counsel for the revision petitioner stated that the final order has been passed in C.C. No.186/2022 by the District Consumer Commission, Perambalur.   Hence, this revision petitioner is praying to withdraw this revision petition.  

On hearing the Revision Petitioner, this revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.    No costs.
