                                       1.    

2.    `14,400/- under Scheme No.3 in recurring deposit A/c No.59 on 1.8.1992 for a period of 15 years. `1,05,093/-.       `9,000/-.

4.     `14,400/- on 1.8.1992 under recurring deposit account no.59.         

5.        `10,800/- from the opposite party on 4.11.1992 under A/c No.107 by executing relevant documents accepting the terms and conditions of the loan.`41,196/-. `.7,837/- as on 15.1.2005.

7.    `1,05,093/- with interest and costs.

8.     

9.    `1,05,093/- with interest.

10.   `14,400/- on 1.8.1992 and the opposite party bank has issued recurring deposit A/c passbook which evidences the EWS Scheme period as 15 years and the maturity date of the deposit as 1.8.2008 and the amount on maturity is`1,05,093/-.   

11.   `9,000/- .   

12.     `10,800/- on 4.11.1992.     

13.   `41,196/- on 15.1.2005 from the term deposit amount of the complainant.  `41,196/- from the special term deposit amount, he is entitled to the balance amount of`7,837/- with accrued interest from 15.1.2005. 

14.   `7,827/- @ 9% per annum from 15.1.2005 to 6.12.2010 would`3,303/- totaling to`11,140/-.

16.    `7,839/- with interest @ 9% from 15.1.2005 till payment besides a sum of`5,000/- towards compensation and costs as fixed by the District Forum Rs.1,500/-. The relief for`1,05,093/- awarded by the District Forum is thus reduced to`7,839/-.

16.   `1,05,093/- to`7,839/-. The opposite party directed to pay interest @ 9% per annum on`7,839/- from 15.1.2005 till payment and it shall also pay a sum of`5,000/- towards compensation and costs of`1,500/- to the complainant.
