          This complaint is filed by the complainant u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.1986.

          The complainant filed this complaint against the opposite parties to pay a  sum of Rs.500000/-  towards damages as total compensation due to the negligent acts and willful acts and causing mental and untold agony, pain, suffering & hardships and torture and failing to address the actual problem and to delivery English news paper i.e. Times of India at the door step of the complainant and costs.

           Complainant absent.  No representation.  Complainant counsel absent.  Sufficient time given.  Complainant has not interest.  Hence, the complaint is dismissed for default.
