          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- towards mental agony and Rs.2,000/- towards cost of the complaint.    

       

 

 

 

        On verification, The complainant has not filed any proof affidavit  to prove the averments in the compliant.   Without proof affidavit written arguments shall not yield any fruit.  Today also the complainant and counsel called absent and no representation also.  Hence the complaint is dismissed for default.  No cost.
