           Bhaskar General Stores, Shop No.1, New Vegetable Market at Proddatur.      resulting loss of stock worth Rs. 3 lakhs.      Rs. 2.50,000/- with interest @ 12% p.a., together with compensation of Rs. 50,000/- and costs.

 

               the date of accident was shown as 11.03.2003.

           (Operation) East, APSPDCL, Prodattur visited the shop of the complainant           

 

 

 

 

 

         

In fact, the very appellant insurance company has appointed an investigator.     he assessed the loss at Rs. 50,000/- after deducting some salvage value.

 

Curiously the insurance company alleges that a municipal          dispute           

It is unfortunate that the insurance companies are also taking unholy pleas      

 

 

 

 

without any basis. By creating 

persons the insurance company should not deny    

 

In the result the appeal is dismissed with costs computed at Rs. 5,000/-.
