            The appellants filed a memo stating that the matter was settled between them and the complainants/respondents 1 to 3 herein.  The appellants also agreed for the complainants to withdraw the statutory deposit made in this appeal and that they would not insist any other claim.  The 1^st complainant/1^st respondent on his behalf and on behalf of R.2 and R.3, who are minors, also signed on the memo. 

Since the matter was settled out of court, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. 

The complainants/respondents 1 to 3 herein are permitted to withdraw the statutory deposit made in this appeal and also the amount deposited before the District Forum pursuant to the interim orders towards full and final settlement of their claim.
