                Today, the case was fixed for compromise in Pre National Lok Adalat, Complainant-Rajpal, Ex-Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat Nand Karan Majra made a statement that he does not want to proceed with the present complaint further and withdraw the same being fully satisfied. 

Heard. In view of the statement of complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn in Pre National Lok Adalat. Copy of this order be sent to both the parties as per rule. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
