·       Death benefit under Part III, Section A of the Policy Summary.

·       Death Benefit under Part III, Section C , Item 3 of the Policy Summary.

The service   

Note3: Notwithstanding the above, the Balance Outstanding shall be subject to

·        A maximum of Rupees 5,00,000/-, OR

·       The credit limit for each individual insured Participating Card in respect of each insured Member, whichever is lower.

If the insured Member has more than one insured Participating Card with the Policyholder under the Policy, the aggregate lifetime Balance Outstanding for all insured Participating Cards for such insured Member shall not exceed.

·       An amount of Rupees 5,00,000/-, OR

·       The combined value of the credit limits applicable for each insured Participating Card, if lower.”

This shows that as per the terms and conditions under the said policy, upon occurrence of unfortunate event of death or permanent disability,

“Cost of plan

The premium rate for Credit Shield Plus is 0.76% (inclusive of 10% Service Tax   st  

For example, if the balance outstanding on your Card in a particular month is Rs.10,000/-, your Credit Shield Plus premium will be Rs.76  

* Monthly outstanding refers to the balance outstanding on the Credit Card including   on the Credit Card (such as Paylite, Dial an EMI etc.) and any unbilled amount as of the last working day of the month. 

Premium payment

We will automatically debit the monthly charges to your Card Account.    st
