The matter has been amicably settled between the parties for an amount of Rs. 1,14,500/- as full and final settlement to be handed over to the complainant within three weeks from 13.09.2023. OP is directed to depute one of his staff member to handover the DD and collect unit from the residence of the complainant. Therefore the matter may be disposed off as settled.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
