Heard learned counsel for petitioner on admission.

Factual matrix are that alleging deficiency in service on part of petitioner for rendering unsatisfactory service, a complaint was filed with District Forum, which was resisted by petitioner-Company. District Forum, however, having overruled contentions raised on behalf of petitioner, while accepting complaint, directed petitioner to pay compensation of Rs.50,000/- alongwith cost. Appeal was preferred by aggrieved petitioner with State Commission and State Commission by an interim order, on a move by petitioner while directing stay of proceeding pending before fora below, permitted respondent to withdraw sum of Rs.25,500/- without furnishing security, which has made the petitioner aggrieved. Apart from the fact that, it was an interim order which is without prejudice to right and contention of parties, usually it is subject to restitution. No fault can be found with the order of State Commission. Revision petition in the circumstances is dismissed being without substance.
