This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 seeking to refund a sum of Rs.4,891/-, being the service tax paid by the complainant for which, no services were availed and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony to the complainant.

 

Complainant appeared in person and made an endorsement on 10.05.2018.  In view of the endorsement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.  No costs.
