ORDER

Heard the complainant who is in person regarding admission. The complainant has filed this complaint against Ops for recovery of a sum of Rs.1,55,000/- said to be due towards painting work done by him for the Ops during the month of August 2007. Besides the fact, the complainant is not at all a consumer considering the facts of the case, the complaint is also barred by limitation. The complainant may approach Civil Court for the relief. Hence, complaint is dismissed at the stage of admission.
